Matthew has a track record of developing innovative engineering and design solutions, as well as conducting technical trials. Additionally, he has project management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset developed in several roles, including as a company founder. He has a broad range of experience from across industries including industrial automation, robotics, agricultural technology, unmanned aerial systems and manufacturing.

Matthew has a First-Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds (UK).
