A key aspect of his consulting services has been assisting many organisations with business and strategic planning, training, restructuring and change management whilst mentoring and coaching leadership groups and individuals. 

In touch with the rapid changes in business today, Philip has, on numerous occasions, been invited to speak to industry forums, organisations and associations on various human resource and business issues. 

With a very strong commitment to community service, Philip has a major involvement with the Melbourne Street Choir (Choir of Hard Knocks/Choir of Hope & Inspiration) and Rotary International. 

Philip has a strong personal interest in providing the guidance and support that aids the development of leadership careers. He is the Managing Director of The Archway Group, a boutique human resource consulting firm that focuses on building teams for businesses.
